Carpenter Apprenticeship

This project dedicates six years of employment as a period of true apprenticeship — cultivating carpenters who embody not only technical mastery, but a deeper sense of purpose and character. In the tradition of the mentorship that Shohei Hishida himself once experienced, apprentices learn by observing, absorbing, and carrying forward a way of being as much as a set of skills. An effort to pass on a culture of personal formation that is in danger of being lost.

社員としての6年間を修業期間とし、技術だけでなく精神性まで備えた大工職人を育てるプロジェクト。菱田昌平が経験したかつての徒弟制度のように、背中を見て学び、人としての在り方も含めて継承する。失われつつある個人育成の文化を、次世代へつなぐ取り組み。
